Clay Pigeon Shooting Tuition |
|
Whether you have never shot before, or are simply looking for a brush up of you skills before the game season starts, we are able to offer you a wide range of instruction with our resident CPSA qualified Coach. What happens on the day?On arrival you will be met by our instructor who will give you your eye and ear protection and find out about any previous experience you might have, and what you would like to achieve from your session. You will then be taken to our special instruction stand, where a safety and equipment briefing will be given, where the lesson begins. At the end of your lesson, you will receive a debrief and some handy tips for your future shooting. What is included ?Both group and individual lessons are available, and you will be placed appropriately according to your experience and requirements. Your lesson will include up to 50 clays, and the use of a shotgun should you require it, plus eye and ear protection. What you need to knowThere is no minimum age, however if you are under 16 you must be accompanied by a responsible adult, and be able to show that you are responsible enough to be trusted with a shotgun - but dont worry, you will be acompanied by the instructor at all times to ensure you are safe. If you have any illness or disabilities that may affect your ability to participate in this activity, you must make the instructor aware of this before your lesson starts. Likewise, pregnant women and people with back problems would be discouraged from taking part as guns are quite heavy and can give a bit of a kick when fired. Lessons are held on a Sunday morning, and due to the varied abilities of everyone requiring tuition, are available only by prior appointment. Our instructor holds his own Insurance with the CPSA. Please ask him if you require any further information. The cost per lesson is £50 and includes all safety equipment and clays. PLUS the cost of cartridges (which can be purchased at the club).
